Once your profile is complete, you'll immediately gain access to 60 minutes of free credits. These credits of $5 allows you to explore and test all the core features of NexaVoxa, with a few trial limitations.

Features You Can Test During the Free Trial:

  1. Create Your First AI Agent Build your own custom voice agents using NexaVoxa’s intuitive drag-and-drop workflow editor. Test various agent behaviors and create your agents with a variety of user scenarios.

  2. Knowledge Base Integration Upload your company’s documents, FAQs, or service manuals and teach the AI agent about your business. You can fully train the agent using this knowledge base and allow it to respond to customer inquiries with context.

  3. Test Different Voice Styles, Genders, and Tones NexaVoxa allows you to customize your agent's voice, and in the trial, you can test various voices, including male/female and different tonalities (professional, friendly, formal, casual). You can experiment with these options to find the voice that fits your brand's style.

  4. Run Full Testing on Different Conversation Styles Test your agent with various conversation styles—whether it’s for customer support, sales outreach, or lead qualification. Create different types of dialogues and analyze how the AI responds to different scenarios.

  5. Monitor Post-Call Analytics Get access to Post-Call Analytics, including call transcripts, sentiment analysis, and engagement data. These insights help you assess your AI agent’s performance and fine-tune its responses and workflows.

Trial Limitations

While the free 60-minute trial gives you full access to most of NexaVoxa's core functionalities, there are a few limitations that will be lifted once you subscribe to a paid plan:

  1. No Multi-Flow Usage: During the trial, you can not experiment agent flows, multi-flow functionality will be available once you upgrade, allowing you to design more complex conversational paths.

  2. Call Duration Limit: Calls longer than 120 seconds cannot be tested during the trial. You can test shorter calls to gauge the agent’s performance, but extended conversations will require an upgrade.

  3. Speech Settings Customization: You can adjust speech settings, including tone, voice style, and gender, to match your business needs. However, advanced customization options (such as LLM model changes) are not available during the trial.

  4. No Lead Engine: The AI-powered lead engine (for automating lead capture and qualification) is not available in the trial version. This feature is unlocked with paid plans to enhance your sales and outreach campaigns.

  5. Limited Knowledge Base: During the trial, you will have access to a limited number of knowledge bases. For full-scale knowledge base integration, you’ll need to subscribe to a paid plan.

  6. No IVR, Call Forwarding, or Transfers: Call forwarding, call transfers, and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) features are not available during the trial period. These features are available only with paid plans to handle complex workflows and routing.

  7. No Full Reporting: You can view basic Post-Call Analytics, but full call reporting and detailed real-time analytics dashboards are only available in the paid plans.

  8. Limited Multi-Flow Usage: The trial allows you to test basic call flows but multi-flow agents (that can handle complex multi-step conversations or multiple intents) are only available with a paid plan.

  9. No Integrations: During the trial, integrations with external tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, Google Sheets, or other systems) are not available. Integrations are unlocked with paid plans to enhance operational workflows.
